Right of withdrawal for consumers

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date
• on which you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier,
has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods under a
single order and these are or are to be delivered uniformly;
• on which you, or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier,
has taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest type of standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which
we received the message about your revocation. For this repayment, we will use
the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you
have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will this repayment incur any additional
fees for you.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have
provided that you have sent the goods, depending on which
is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date
on which you informed us of your revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 2-week deadline.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this
depreciation is due to unnecessary handling by you after checking the
nature, properties and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for exclusion and expiry
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
• for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for
their production based on an individual choice or decision by the
consumer that is decisive or that is clearly tailored to the personal
needs of the consumer;
• for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose
best-before date passes quickly;
• for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed
in the contract and which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the
contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the
market, over which the entrepreneur has no control;
• for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with
the exception of subscriptions. The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
• the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for
health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
• for the delivery of audio and video recordings and
computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
